The path here was far from linear. As a sensitive, nature-loving creative, I once saw the business world as cold and disconnected. But I always knew I was meant to birth and build something that helped change people’s lives for the better. After launching 8+ businesses and navigating all the messy, magical lessons that came with them, I learned how to align purpose with profit.

A Deeper Why

My approach with a background in clinical psychology is deeply trauma-informed and as a coach and intuitive soul-conscious. As someone who’s navigated the emotional terrain of growing up as a neurodivergent HSP as a GenXer, around addiction and relational trauma, I hold space for healing while guiding clients to build businesses that support their authenticity and growth—not deplete it.
